November 20, 2024 | APT confirms its “beta” partnership with Harlem Stage, an agreement to be signed in mid-December. APT will premiere its new play, The Lifeboat in March, 2025 at Harlem Stage.

October, 2024 | APT enters into serious discussions regarding a partnership with Harlem Stage, which will enable APT to begin creating and rehearsing a new play.
October 15, 2024 | APT becomes a NY not-for-profit corporation and receives its official IRS determination declaring it a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
October, 2024 | Arthur Yorinks creates & is the Artistic Director of a new not-for-profit theater company - APT - American Physical Theater. Alyce Dissette serves as Producing Director.
